YES, there is a roundtrip group airport transfer included.

The journey from Cancun to Chemuyil is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

All other airports (including Tulum) and airport transfers are your responsibility.

Yes, you need a passport to enter México.

Passports with at least 6 months remaining before expiration are required for entry.

Visas are issued as a stamp on your U.S. Passport along with a tourist visa slip upon arrival.

Be sure to keep the Visa paper. You are required to provide it for your return flight.

The Retreat begins on the date specified in the advertisement.
We highly recommend arriving on time and attending the scheduled activities.

Of course, if for some reason during the retreat, you cannot attend a session, you are encouraged to honor your needs.

Absolutely. Every retreat is designed so that you have time to chill or move about in whatever way your heart desires. Unless there is a day trip planned, you will have free time to explore on your own.

Not at all. Yoga is not all poses but also a way of life. All levels or no level is welcome.

Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable. We suggest that participants purchase travel insurance that includes a "cancel for any reason" clause to protect their investment against unforeseen circumstances, illness preventing them from traveling, and/or local/destination restrictions preventing them from traveling.

If you're unable to attend the journey because of any illness or other restrictive reasons,  you will need to make a claim with your travel insurance provider to claim any trip or retreat costs. 

If WE need to cancel the journey, in case of unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond your initial deposit. We will always ensure our best efforts to avoid canceling a retreat. Occasionally but rarely, changes may have to be made (e.g. class times, retreat schedule or activities, venue, or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time. If your accommodation has to be changed, we will do our utmost to provide accommodation of a similar rating. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

If you're unable to attend the retreat for personal reasons that are not related to the previous or NOT covered by your travel insurance, please note:
- Deposits and payments are NON-Refundable
- Option 1) If you're unable to attend the Retreat, you can transfer your remaining balance minus the deposit to a future retreat of the same value. Offer valid for 1 year from retreat date.
Again, if the retreat is canceled for any reason by us, you will receive a refund of all money paid after the deposit.

- Option 2) If another person can be found to take your place, then we may offer you the opportunity of a refund, minus the deposit.
