During our lovely time together we’ll stay at Casa Caribeña. A gorgeous Villa, designed for our comfort and coziness in the new charming town, La Veleta. Our 9-bedroom Villa is well-equipped with private bathrooms in each room, a palapa lounge for an afternoon rest, a refreshing swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a beautiful rooftop deck for our sunrise/sunset yoga, a spacious kitchen for our dining pleasures, and bikes for our neighborhood adventures and beach excursions.

What airport do I fly into and will there be transportation?

Cancun International Airport (Code CUN)

YES, there is a roundtrip group airport transfer included.

The journey from Cancun to Tulum is about 1 hour and 40 minutes.

All other airport transfers are your responsibility.

Do I need a Passport, Visa, or any other specifics to enter México?

Yes, you need a passport to enter México.

Passports with at least 6 months remaining before expiration are required for entry.

Visas are issued as a stamp on your U.S. Passport along with a tourist visa slip upon arrival.

Be sure to keep the Visa paper. You are required to provide it for your return flight.

When does the JOURNEY begin? Is it based on a strict mandatory schedule? ?

The Retreat begins on the date specified in advertising
We highly recommend arriving on time and attending the scheduled activities.
You are encouraged to consider ALL offerings listed before booking.
We want you inspired to receive every drop of magic curated for the full experience.

Of course, if for some reason during the retreat, you cannot attend a session you are welcome to honor your needs.

Will there be free ME time? ?

Absolutely. Every retreat is designed so that you have time to chill or move about in whatever way your heart desires.

Do I need to be a yogi or have a lot of experience to attend the Retreat?

Not at all. Yoga is not all poses but also a way of life. All levels or no level is welcome.

Cancellation Policy and Insurance?

If you're unable to attend the JOURNEY because of Covid-19, or restrictions in your region or country, you will need to make a claim with your travel insurance provider to claim any trip or retreat costs.

Please ensure your travel Insurance provider covers you for the following:

- Cancellation fees

- Positive Covid-19 test preventing you from traveling

- Local and destination restrictions prevent you from traveling

Deposits and Refunds?

If you're unable to attend the Retreat for personal reasons that are not related to the previous or NOT covered by your travel insurance, please note:
- Deposits are NON-Refundable
- There is a 30% refund of the remaining balance paid up to 45 days of retreat date
- NO REFUNDS 45 days leading up t o retreat
If you're unable to attend the Retreat, you can transfer your remaining balance to a future retreat of the same value. Offer valid for 1 year from retreat date.
If the Retreat is canceled for any reason by us, you will receive a full refund unless the actual booking property states otherwise in their refund policies.
